QA is the system that prevents problems; QC is the inspection that catches what got through anyway — and a project needs both, working together, to avoid rework, disputes, and reputational damage. This training course builds a practical, integrated foundation in both.
Participants learn to run systematic site inspections, build and manage a quality management system aligned with ISO 9001, and plan the material testing that verifies work meets specification.
