QA/QC in Construction: A Practical Quality Assurance and Quality Control Training Course for Engineering Projects

1Summary

Quality assurance and quality control sound like the same thing, but treating them as one job is exactly how defects and non-conformances slip through on engineering projects. QA is the system that prevents problems; QC is the inspection that catches what got through anyway — and a project needs both, working together, to avoid rework, disputes, and reputational damage. This training course builds a practical, integrated foundation in both.

Participants learn to run systematic site inspections, build and manage a quality management system aligned with ISO 9001, and plan the material testing that verifies work meets specification. The course also covers how to manage compliance with codes, standards and contractual quality requirements, giving participants the tools to catch problems early and defend quality decisions when they're challenged.

Delivered by Arab British Fellowship Training Academy through its QA/QC in Construction Training Course, this programme builds strong, practical QA/QC competency for engineering and construction professionals, equipping them to apply quality practices effectively in real project environments.
