Why do so many projects reach mechanical completion on schedule yet still stumble at startup? In most cases, the answer is that readiness was managed as a set of separate checklists instead of one connected system. This training course tackles that gap directly, giving participants a practical grounding in designing an Operational Readiness Framework that ties structure, governance, and verification into a single, accountable system spanning the full project.
Participants will learn to structure a scalable readiness model that adapts to projects of different size and complexity, and will build the governance skills needed to keep a framework accountable, including clear roles and decision-making authority.
