Training Programme

A course in dealing with abuse and bullying that arises in the workplace (Online / Remote)

1Summary

Arab British Fellowship Training Academy offers a training course on dealing with abuse and bullying in the workplace. Individuals or groups may direct persistent aggressive behavior at a colleague, or managers at their subordinates, and this can take many forms, verbal, non-verbal, psychological, physical, humiliation, and rumor-spreading. Unlike bullying in schools, workplace bullying is particularly difficult to address because perpetrators often operate within the rules and policies of their own organization, and in many reported cases the bully holds authority over the victim, although co-workers can also be involved.

This course is designed to define and distinguish these issues, illustrate their different forms, and explain how to address them using the tools organizations rely on, with the aim of building a workplace free from the obstacles that hinder success, development, and the achievement of organizational goals.
