Cutting Waste, Raising Quality: Process Optimization and Quality Management

1Summary

Every inefficient process is quietly taxing an organization — in wasted hours, rework, and customers who notice inconsistent quality before management does. In competitive markets, the gap between average and excellent operations usually comes down to how disciplined an organization is about analyzing its own processes and enforcing quality standards. The Arab British Fellowship Training Academy designed this course in Process Optimization and Quality Management around that discipline.

Participants learn to map and analyze processes, apply proven improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, and build the quality management systems that keep gains from slipping back. The course closes by looking at where digital tools and data analytics are taking quality management next.
