1Summary
Software teams that ship slowly usually don't have a talent problem - they have a handoff problem: developers write code, then throw it over a wall to operations, and everyone waits. The Arab British Fellowship Training Academy designed this training course to close that gap, combining Agile methodologies with DevOps practice so development and operations work as one connected pipeline instead of two competing teams.
Through hands-on workshops, attendees build fluency in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean thinking for iterative development, then extend that into Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD), automated testing, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and the monitoring and logging practices that keep releases stable. The course also builds the collaborative culture, feedback loops, and Agile planning habits that make faster releases sustainable rather than chaotic, alongside the version control, deployment pipeline, and configuration management skills the work depends on. Graduates leave ready to lead Agile and DevOps transformation inside their own organisations.
