From Data to Decisions: Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Training Course
1Summary
A dashboard full of numbers is not the same thing as a performance management system. The difference lies in whether those numbers are the right ones — tied to strategy, measurable, and capable of flagging a problem early enough for someone to actually fix it. Get that wrong, and KPIs become noise instead of an early-warning system.
This Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) training course, delivered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy, teaches participants how to design KPIs that are genuinely tied to strategic and operational goals, build and track them using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Tableau, and turn the resulting data into forecasts and decisions rather than static reports.
Participants also learn how to communicate KPI results across management levels and use them to keep teams focused, motivated, and accountable — skills that apply to any organisation trying to know, with evidence, whether its strategy is actually working.
