GE Healthcare Aestiva/7900 Anesthesia & MRI Systems: Technical Maintenance Training Course
1Summary
Anesthesia delivery systems and MRI scanners could not be more different in how they work, yet in many hospitals the same technical team is expected to keep both running. This course, delivered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy, is built for exactly that reality: it gives biomedical engineers and service technicians the combined competence to install, configure, diagnose, and maintain GE Healthcare's Aestiva/7900 anesthesia systems alongside its MRI equipment.
Participants work through both technology tracks in parallel — anesthesia delivery on one side, magnetic resonance imaging on the other — covering diagnostics, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and the safety and compliance standards each system demands, so they leave able to support both sides of the department with equal confidence.
