Making OKRs Work: A Practical Framework for Setting and Driving Organizational Goals

1Summary

Most OKR programs do not fail because the framework is flawed — they fail because teams treat Objectives and Key Results as a quarterly reporting exercise instead of a real management discipline. The gap between writing OKRs on a slide and actually running an organization by them is where most of the framework’s value gets lost.

This course from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy is built to close that gap. Through specialized sessions, hands-on workshops, group discussion, and analysis of real case studies, participants learn how to define ambitious and measurable objectives, roll them out across teams without turning them into bureaucracy, and use ongoing data analysis to keep adjusting goals as circumstances change. The result is a set of skills participants can apply immediately, not just a framework they can recite.
