Professional Photography: From Camera Basics to Creative Editing

1Summary

Anyone can point a camera and press a button — the gap between that and a photo people actually stop scrolling for is technique, light, and an eye for composition. This Professional Photography course from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy is built to close that gap, taking participants from camera settings and lighting fundamentals through to the artistic judgement that separates a decent shot from a striking one.

Participants work across a wide range of photography contexts — portraits, products, food, events, photojournalism, night and landscape shooting — learning how professional cameras and lighting tools are used in each. The course also goes past the shutter click, into composition choices, angles, and the editing work in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom that refines an image after it is captured.
