Training Programme

Building Dynamic, Database-Driven Websites with PHP and MySQL Training Course

1Summary

Behind almost every content management system, booking engine, or e-commerce site is the same underlying pattern: a server-side language reading from and writing to a database in real time. This hands-on training course from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy teaches participants to build that pattern themselves using PHP, with MySQL as the primary database and a look at PHP’s database-agnostic API that extends the same skills to almost any database system.

Through extensive practical sessions, delegates design and create database tables, then use SQL to power dynamic applications such as user-driven content management systems, online document and photo libraries, catalogue and diary applications, and online booking and e-commerce platforms.
