From Compliance to Culture: Safety Leadership Training Course

1Summary

A workplace can follow every safety regulation on paper and still lose people to preventable accidents, because rules alone do not change behaviour. What actually keeps a workforce safe is leadership that treats safety as a shared value rather than a checklist.

This course looks at safety through that leadership lens. Rather than starting from definitions, it starts from the reality that most incidents trace back to human factors and decisions, and builds from there into practical tools for investigating incidents, managing risk in hazardous industries, and communicating safety in a way that actually changes how people act.
