Training Course in Delivering High-Impact Management Consulting

1Summary

A management consultant who only understands theory rarely changes anything inside an organisation. Real impact comes from combining analytical rigour with the practical judgment to diagnose a problem correctly, propose a solution that actually works, and carry a client through implementing it — all while managing a relationship built on trust.

Offered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy in response to the growing complexity of institutional systems, this course qualifies participants across the full consulting journey: building the client relationship, diagnosing problems, developing and presenting recommendations, and evaluating the real impact of the consulting engagement on organisational outcomes.
