Protecting Your Company from Collapse: Crisis and Bankruptcy Resilience Strategies

1Summary

A company rarely collapses overnight; it usually sends warning signs for months before creditors stop answering calls and payroll becomes a question mark. The problem is that most leadership teams only start reading those signs once the numbers are already in trouble. Recognizing that gap, the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy – London built this program for managers and decision-makers, focused on the strategies that keep a company standing when disaster or an epidemic hits its market.

The program centers on fast planning and reliable information: how quickly a company can read a crisis once it starts, and how sound its decisions are while the situation is still unfolding. Past global crises, economic downturns and epidemics alike, showed that misinformation was often what pushed some companies into indecision, while others that read the situation clearly turned the same crisis into a starting point for growth in global markets.
