Wireless Network Defense: Training Course
1Summary
An open Wi-Fi network can be compromised in minutes by someone who never sets foot inside the building. That single fact is why wireless security cannot be treated as an afterthought bolted onto a wired network's defenses — it needs its own architecture, its own threat model, and its own response plan.
Delivered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy, this course gives network and security professionals a structured, hands-on path through that architecture: from radio-frequency fundamentals and encryption protocols, through access control and intrusion detection, to the policies, compliance obligations, and next-generation threats — including IoT and AI-driven attacks — that shape wireless security today.
