Training Course in Feasibility Studies for Investment Decisions
1Summary
Most new ideas fail long before they reach the market, not because they were bad ideas but because nobody stress-tested them properly first. A feasibility analysis is the structured process that does exactly that: it shows whether a new idea has the potential to grow into a real product or service that meets a changing customer need, by combining quantitative methods with creative thinking to examine the idea from every angle – technical, economic, commercial and financial.
The Arab British Fellowship Training Academy built this course around real feasibility-study examples across different business areas, to help participants evaluate new ideas for their own organisation, understand the specific challenges of financing a viable project, and build a different future based on innovation, growth and change.
