Legal Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Training Course

1Summary

When a commercial dispute lands in ordinary court, it can take years and cost far more than the deal that caused it – which is exactly why arbitration has become one of the most widely used alternatives to traditional litigation. This Legal Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Training Course by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy gives participants a solid command of the legal framework governing arbitration and its procedural mechanisms, built around that practical advantage rather than a purely historical account of the field.

The course follows the full lifecycle of a dispute handled through arbitration: how the arbitration agreement and tribunal are formed, how procedures, evidence and hearings are conducted, and how an arbitral award is issued, enforced and, where grounds exist, challenged. Participants leave with a structured, professional understanding they can apply directly inside legal and institutional environments.
