Courtroom Practice Training Course: Advocacy Ethics, the Right to Litigate and Legal Memo Drafting
1Summary
A company can lose a case not because its position was wrong, but because the memo that carried that position to the judge was weak, late, or filed in the wrong sequence. Arab British Fellowship Training Academy designed this course on courtroom advocacy, the right to litigate, and legal memo drafting to close exactly that gap for anyone litigating on behalf of a company or an individual, under internationally recognised rules.
Competition between large corporations has pushed some companies toward misleading or deceptive tactics — planting legal errors or discrepancies into contract documents that a less prepared opponent will miss. The course walks participants through the etiquette and sequence of litigation so a company can protect its rights when it is on the receiving end of exactly that kind of harm, with a qualified legal professional handling the administrative and legal proceedings in the right courts.
