1Summary

Arab British Fellowship Training Academy offers a course on dealing with people who have difficult personalities. Human relationships, whether at work or beyond, play a major role in our health, wellbeing, and effectiveness, and in every such environment there are individuals whose difficult personalities make them hard to deal with in the usual way, which calls for greater control over our own reactions so that our performance and effectiveness are not affected.
