1Summary
Arab British Fellowship Training Academy offers this course for senior managers responsible for creating a sound organizational environment, guiding them toward the right approach for doing so and introducing them to conflict, its causes, its forms, and how best to handle it. The course covers a range of topics including conflict, grievance and disciplinary policies, mediation and its importance in resolving disputes, conflict management and settlement skills, and a practical action plan for doing so, with a focus on managing disputes effectively to improve relationships, teamwork and productivity.
Participants will also learn strategies for resolving both internal and external disputes, identify the sources of conflict, and build their ability to recognise and address crises and conflicts before they escalate. The course further develops participants' influence and their understanding of the foundations of power, alongside the capabilities needed to reduce conflict and bring about a real improvement in relationships.
