Training Course in Procurement Planning and Contract Management for Projects
1Summary
A project can be perfectly scheduled and still stall, because the materials, vendors, and contracts it depends on were never properly planned for. Procurement sits at the centre of that risk: it governs how a project sources what it needs, on what contractual terms, and from which suppliers, and a weak process here shows up later as delay, disputes, or cost overruns.
This course from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy is built for newcomers to project management as much as for those already running projects, covering how to plan procurement and acquisitions, evaluate and select vendors, and manage the contractual relationships that hold a supply chain together.
