    • Reducing infrastructure-related risks and preventing theft, accidents and injuries.
  • Module 3: Fire, Disaster and Emergency Preparedness
    • Fire prevention procedures, alarm and firefighting systems, and handling flammable materials.
    • Developing emergency and evacuation plans and training staff to execute them.
    • Preparing hotels for natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods, including insurance considerations.
  • Module 4: Crisis Management and Staff Response
    • Definition and importance of emergency management planning, and steps for preparing crisis plans.
    • Strategies for managing major incidents such as fires or disasters, and coordinating with rescue and medical teams.
