Training Course in Corporate Etiquette and Professional Conduct

1Summary

The way someone greets a visitor, sets a table, or simply dresses for a meeting says more about an organisation than most of its official messaging ever will. This Training Course in Corporate Etiquette and Professional Conduct, delivered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy, treats those everyday moments as what they really are: a working part of how institutions communicate.

Developing these skills among public relations staff matters because they sit inside a much bigger picture — the contemporary rules and regulations that international organisations apply under global protocol standards for communication between countries, institutions and organisations. The course draws on different cultures, customs and policies, and follows the same modern international protocols the Academy applies to corporate etiquette and conduct more broadly.

Participants work through the practices of courteous behaviour, how to treat others well, hosting and reception, table arrangement, and dress — all of it forming a real part of how a person, and an organisation, is read by others.
