Training Course on Raising Your Project Management Efficiency from Start to Finish

1Summary

Managing a project well isn't about mastering one skill - it takes a working command of several interconnected disciplines at once: defining scope, controlling the schedule, managing cost, safeguarding quality, leading people, keeping communication flowing, handling risk, and managing procurement, all without losing sight of the bigger picture.

This course, delivered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy, gives participants a practical grounding in each of these areas, following the natural flow of a project - from integration and scope through to time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk and procurement - so they leave with a complete toolkit for running projects with high efficiency.
