Training Course on Managing Every Phase of a Project's Life Cycle
1Summary
Every project moves through four distinct phases - initiation, planning, execution and closure - and each one carries its own requirements. Understanding those requirements, organizing them properly, and managing them in the right order is what determines whether a project reaches its goals or not.
Arab British Fellowship Training Academy created this course to teach participants how to organize and manage a project's life cycle according to a realistic timeline, combining that with a hands-on application on an actual project and a look at how modern technology supports organizing and managing the project life cycle.
