Training Course on Launching and Managing a Successful Small Project
1Summary
Small projects make up a significant share of national economies, play a major role in reducing unemployment, and help put a wide range of products within reach at reasonable prices and quality - but none of that happens without the right approach to managing them.
Because managing a small project calls for a different skill set than managing a larger one, the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy created this dedicated course on the basics of small project management. It covers everything from selecting the right project through to planning, execution and follow-up, illustrated with real examples of successful small projects and a hands-on simulation.
