Training Course on Managing Supply Chains and Contracts for Project Success
1Summary
Every project depends on buying the right goods and services at the right time - yet supply and procurement is often treated as an afterthought rather than a core management discipline. When contracts, vendors and purchasing decisions aren't managed properly, the ripple effects show up in delays, cost overruns and disputes that could have been avoided.
Arab British Fellowship Training Academy built this course around that reality, walking participants through how to manage and close contracts as part of the wider knowledge areas of project management - alongside quality, human resources and cost - using a curriculum developed specifically by the Academy.
Because project management doesn't happen in isolation, the course also situates supply management within the bigger picture: understanding project phases and life cycle, using the right technical tools from start to finish, and building a schedule and life cycle model appropriate to the team's project.
