Settling and Reconciling Accounting Records Course

1Summary

At the end of almost every accounting period, something doesn't quite balance – a bank statement that doesn't match the ledger, a register that needs correcting before the books can close. This course from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy is built around exactly that moment: the settlement process.

Through interactive "learning by doing" exercises, participants work through why accounting records and registers need settling, the stages that process involves, and how recording and reporting systems function inside an organisation, alongside the conceptual issues tied to accounting estimates.
