Training Course in Modernising Hospital Management Practices
1Summary
A hospital that treats management as a fixed skill set is already falling behind. Medicine itself never stops advancing — new research, new technology, new patient expectations — and the administrative culture around it has to move at the same pace, or the gap between clinical capability and how the hospital is actually run keeps widening.
Arab British Fellowship Training Academy built this course to close that gap. It focuses on the practical, current steps hospital administrators use to keep pace with medical progress: strengthening how colleagues, supervisors, and subordinates work together, and continuously updating administrative know-how through structured learning and shared experience.
