Training Course in Project Valuation and Risk Management for Private Projects

1Summary

A project can look perfect on paper and still fail, because nobody ran the numbers properly, or because the risks around it were never mapped out before launch. Project management ultimately rests on three pillars: human resources, financial management, and timely delivery against expected returns, and getting all three right is what turns a good idea into a profitable venture.

This course walks participants through the ten most common difficulties facing any project, financial, human, quality-related, and risk-related, and how to work through them systematically. It also covers risk management as a discipline: identifying, measuring, and assessing risk, then building strategies to transfer, prevent, minimize, or absorb it.
