Managing the Front Line: Emergency Department Management Training Course
1Summary
A patient arrives with chest pain, then three more walk in right behind him within minutes. Who gets seen first, how fast, and by whom has nothing to do with luck — it is a direct result of how well the emergency department itself is managed. That management gap is exactly what separates departments that save lives efficiently from those that struggle under pressure.
The Arab British Fellowship Training Academy designed this course around that reality, at a time when the role of emergency medicine across the Middle East has grown sharply, demanding doctors and staff who can handle everything from routine cases to chronic-disease crises and serious trauma with equal competence.
