Training Programme

Core Knowledge Areas for Advanced Project Management Practice

1Summary

Passing the PMP exam is one measure of project management knowledge – running a real project successfully under budget, on time and with a team that still wants to work with you again is another. Both depend on the same foundation: a structured grasp of the knowledge areas that make up professional project management, from scope and schedule to risk, procurement and the people actually doing the work.

This program takes participants through that foundation in a practical way, built around the PMBOK® knowledge areas but organized to show how they connect in real project decisions rather than as isolated topics. It is designed for anyone responsible for planning, executing or overseeing projects – from project managers to technical staff moving into project roles – who wants a structured reference for what advanced project management actually requires. The Arab British Fellowship Training Academy built this course as part of its broader project management and strategic planning offering.
