Training Course: The HR Skills Every People Manager Actually Needs

1Summary

Most people who manage a team were never trained as HR specialists - yet they are still expected to run recruitment interviews, onboard new hires, appraise performance and handle a grievance without making it worse. This training course closes that gap directly, focused entirely on the HR skills that managers and supervisors use in their day-to-day work rather than the theory HR departments need.

Delivered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy, the course covers recruitment and termination, staff selection, performance management and the workplace issues - from underperformance to conflict - that quietly damage an organisation's ability to deliver on its goals, together with practical ways to resolve them before they escalate.
