3D Animation Production: An Advanced Training Course in Character and Effects Techniques

1Summary

Ever wondered what actually goes into a one-minute 3D animated clip? Behind every believable character or crowd scene sits a production pipeline most viewers never think about — physics, modelling, texturing, and a team of artists working through dozens of stages before a single second reaches the screen.

This Advanced 3D Animation course, delivered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy, takes participants through that pipeline using the industry's leading software and hardware. Unlike 2D animation, which is drawn by hand, every element here — from character motion to cloth and water — is built and rendered on a computer to create genuinely three-dimensional, physically believable characters and environments, the kind that can carry a film, a web project, or a video production on their own.
