Risk Management in Action: A Training Course on Assessment, Response and Control
1Summary
Every organisation carries risk — the question is whether it is identified early enough to manage, or discovered too late to control. This course walks participants through a complete, practical risk-management cycle: spotting risk before it becomes a crisis, weighing it against potential returns, and building a response plan that actually gets followed.
Delivered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy, the course draws on standard risk-management frameworks to cover both the quantitative side — market, credit and operational risk statistics — and the qualitative side — governance, monitoring and audit — so participants can apply the same discipline whether they work in finance, operations or compliance.
