Driving Results: A Course in Management Effectiveness

1Summary

Two managers can have the same title, the same team size, and the same budget — and still produce completely different results. The difference is effectiveness: the ability to set the right goals, measure what actually matters, and get a team to deliver on both. This course is built around that practical gap rather than management theory for its own sake, giving managers and team leaders tools they can apply the same week they learn them.

Participants work through goal-setting and performance measurement, then move into the people side — building high-performing teams, managing resources and budgets, and communicating and deciding under pressure. The course closes with change leadership and emotional intelligence, so graduates leave able to not just manage a team, but build a culture where effectiveness and continuous improvement become the norm.
