Practical Workshop: Building and Leading High-Performing Work Teams

1Summary

Most projects do not fail because of a technical flaw — they fail because the people behind them never really worked as one team. Once collaboration breaks down, deadlines slip, conflicts multiply, and even the best available resources go to waste. This practical course from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy tackles that exact problem: how do you take a group of individuals and turn them into a team that actually delivers?

Participants work through the full lifecycle of a work team — from its formation and the traits that separate an effective team from an ordinary group, through the decision-making and problem-solving techniques teams rely on every day, to the evaluation methods managers use to keep performance on track and step in quickly when it slips.
