1Summary
This course from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy is designed specifically for in-house delivery to trade union representatives and direct-line supervisors in medium and large organizations.

- Business (business objectives and functions, challenges facing businesspeople, an introduction to business accounting).
- Labor relations systems and labor laws (applying laws in the European work environment).
- Managing individuals (employee behavior and needs, leadership, group behavior).
- Interacting with groups and managing conflicts (conflict management, assertiveness, negotiation, grievance decisions)
- Applying and participating in labor relations procedures (fairness and equity, diversity, discipline, dismissal, disputes)
