Refinery Commissioning and Hydrocarbon Introduction Training Course (Online / Remote)

1Summary

Dozens of interconnected process units, each with its own risk profile, have to come online in exactly the right order before a refinery can be trusted to run - get the sequence wrong and the consequences range from lost production to a serious safety incident. This training course walks participants through that sequencing challenge in practical terms, showing how genuine operational readiness is demonstrated rather than assumed before hydrocarbons are ever introduced.

Participants build working competency in coordinating commissioning across interconnected refinery units, preparing process systems for a controlled introduction of hydrocarbons, and applying a rigorous safety culture at every step. The course closes the loop by covering how to assess and evidence real operational readiness, not just paperwork completion, before a unit is cleared for startup.

This program is delivered by Arab British Fellowship Training Academy through its Refinery Commissioning and Hydrocarbon Introduction Training Course, built for engineers and project professionals working in the refining sector.
