Green Supply Chain Carbon & Cost Performance Training Course (Online / Remote)

1Summary

A sustainability report full of good intentions means very little if the supply chain behind it still burns fuel inefficiently, sources without any environmental screening, and cannot show where its carbon actually comes from. Green Supply Chain management exists to close that gap between the claim and the operation, embedding environmental responsibility into sourcing, transport, and daily decisions rather than treating it as a separate initiative. The Green Supply Chain Carbon and Cost Performance Training Course, delivered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy, is built for supply chain professionals responsible for reducing environmental impact without undermining cost and service performance.

The course starts with measuring and reducing carbon footprint across transportation and operations, the number every sustainability claim eventually has to be backed by, before covering the foundations of green supply chain management. Participants then work through how ESG expectations shape investment and reporting requirements alongside sustainable procurement practices that extend environmental responsibility to suppliers, and how circular economy principles combine with practical emissions reduction strategies to deliver real impact. The course closes with green logistics decisions that balance sustainability against cost and service, and how to communicate sustainability performance credibly without slipping into greenwashing.
