From Curiosity to Strategy: A Training Course in Generative AI Leadership for Executives (Online / Remote)
1Summary
Most executives have played with ChatGPT by now — far fewer have turned that curiosity into an actual strategy that ties generative AI to business objectives, governance, and measurable value. This training course closes that gap for senior leaders, executives, and decision-makers who want to move past experimentation and lead generative AI adoption deliberately.
Delivered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy, the programme opens with the principles behind generative AI — how machine learning and NLP power tools like ChatGPT and similar content-generation systems — before moving into the ethical, legal, and governance frameworks organisations need around them.
From there, the focus shifts to strategy: using generative AI for innovation, automation, and customer engagement; mobilising digital transformation through data-driven decisions and predictive modelling; and building the AI leadership mindset needed to spot opportunities, manage risk, and lead cross-functional AI teams. Case studies from finance, healthcare, education, and marketing, plus hands-on workshops, help attendees connect generative AI initiatives directly to their own business goals.
