Building a Culture of Quality: Systems, Tools, and Continuous Improvement (Online / Remote)

1Summary

Quality is not a checklist bolted onto the end of production — it is a culture that shapes how every employee, from the shop floor to senior management, approaches their work. Organizations that treat it that way see fewer defects, lower waste, and stronger competitiveness; those that treat it as a one-time inspection step usually pay for it later in rework and lost customers. This course is built around that distinction.

Participants explore the systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management), the practical tools (5S, DMAIC, PDCA, Pareto charts), and the leadership habits that together turn quality from a department's job into an organization-wide practice — one capable of adapting across cultures and global markets.
