Drafting Contracts and Legal Decisions That Hold Up (Online / Remote)

1Summary

A contract is only as strong as its weakest clause. Ambiguous wording, a missing termination clause, or an administrative decision drafted outside proper procedure can unravel an agreement long after the ink has dried — and by then, the cost of fixing it is far higher than the cost of drafting it right the first time.

This programme from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy takes participants through the full lifecycle of a legal document: choosing the right contract type, drafting terms that protect all parties, enforcing them when disputes arise, and drafting administrative or judicial decisions with the same rigor. Since commercial, administrative and financial relationships all rest on properly drafted contracts and decisions, this is a skill set with immediate, practical payoff.
