Sparking Innovation: A Creative Leadership Programme for Managers (Online / Remote)
1Summary
Most people assume creativity is a personality trait some managers simply have and others don't — but creative leadership and innovative management are learnable competencies that, given the right environment and support, anyone in any organisation can develop. That reframing is the starting point of this workshop.
Offered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy, the workshop is built around helping participants grow those competencies in themselves first, then apply what they learn to fostering creativity in others. It also makes space to address participants' own personal challenges and aspirations around leading creatively, so that what they take away works specifically for them, not just in theory.
