Self-Leadership First: Managing Yourself to Lead Others Well (Online / Remote)
1Summary
No one leads a team well while their own time, energy and priorities are out of control. That is the starting point of this programme from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy: before a manager can motivate others, build strong teams or make sound calls under pressure, they need to have mastered themselves first.
The programme moves from personal foundations — time management, goal-setting and work-life balance — into the leadership skills built on top of them: choosing the right leadership style, motivating and inspiring people, communicating with impact, and managing conflict and change. Participants leave able to lead both their own workload and their team with equal discipline.
