Training Course in Foreign Policy, Diplomacy and International Crisis Management (Online / Remote)

1Summary

Behind every treaty signed, every crisis defused, and every alliance formed, there is a diplomat reading the situation correctly and choosing the right tool at the right moment. This Arab British Fellowship Training Academy course looks at exactly that: the practical tools states and international institutions use to manage foreign interests, from foreign policy decisions to negotiation and crisis response.

Participants examine the balance of power, the role of international organisations, and the principles of diplomatic practice, while also learning how political, economic and security developments shape international decision-making. By the end, they gain a sharper reading of the international environment and a stronger grasp of negotiation, official communication and foreign relations management, in both routine situations and crises.
