Training of Trainers for the Pharmaceutical Industry: A Compliance-Focused Training Course (Online / Remote)
1Summary
In a pharmaceutical plant, a training gap does not just mean a confused new hire — it can mean a batch that fails quality control, a regulatory audit that goes badly, or a safety incident. That is why the pharmaceutical industry cannot treat training as an afterthought, and why the people delivering that training need proper preparation themselves. This Training of Trainers (TOT) course was built around that need.
Participants learn how adults actually learn, how to run a training needs analysis inside a regulated environment, how to design and deliver training that holds up to FDA, EMA, WHO and ICH scrutiny, and how to keep developing as trainers long after the course ends — building a culture of continuous learning inside their own organisations.
