Office Management Training Course: Building an Organised, High-Performing Workplace (Online / Remote)

1Summary

Ask any office manager what actually eats their day, and the answer is rarely "big strategic decisions" — it’s scattered paperwork, meetings that run long, and employees who don’t know who to ask for what. Office management exists to close exactly that gap: turning a collection of daily tasks into a system that runs smoothly, communicates clearly, and leaves room for people to actually be productive.

As technology and workloads keep shifting, the office manager’s role has shifted with them — from someone who just keeps the calendar to someone who chooses the right digital tools, resolves conflict, and shapes a work environment people want to be in. This course, delivered by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy, walks through the foundations and current best practices for doing exactly that.
