Practical Project Supervision Skills Course (Online / Remote)

1Summary

A project plan is only as good as the person supervising it day to day – the one who catches a slipping deadline before it becomes a missed one, and resolves a team conflict before it stalls delivery. This Practical Project Supervision Skills Course by the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy is built around that daily reality, equipping supervisors, engineers and team leads with the tools to run project operations, coordinate teams and solve problems as they come up – not just plan for them in advance.

Participants learn the difference between managing and supervising a project, how to plan and track work against timeline and budget, how to manage teams and risk on the ground, and how to close a project out with a proper performance evaluation.
