Training Course in Leading Groups and Facilitating Effective Sessions (Online / Remote)

1Summary

Anyone who has sat through a meeting that wandered for an hour without reaching a decision already understands why facilitation is a skill, not a formality. This Facilitation Skills Training Course from the Arab British Fellowship Training Academy is built to fix exactly that: it strengthens the capabilities needed to guide groups, run focused sessions, and create the kind of environment where real participation actually happens.

Participants work through the facilitator's role and professional responsibilities, methods for building clarity, trust, and communication in a group, and how to set objectives, structure an agenda, manage time, and ask the right questions. The course also tackles group dynamics, difficult behaviour, and conflicting views, with an emphasis on staying neutral while still steering the group toward its agreed outcomes.
